Mr. Martin Leclerc Joins The SPECTRUM Group

Alexandria, Va. – March 7, 2024 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Mr. Martin “Marty” Leclerc has joined its firm. Mr. Leclerc delivers more than 45 years of senior financial practice acumen, including substantial expertise and registered investment and investment banking advisory to middle-market and lower middle-market companies in aerospace and defense, security, and the government contracting marketplaces.

Campbell, TSG Executive Chairman. “He will expertly support our clients in critical U.S. and international financial advisory, financial services, investment banking, and associated initiatives across the government and private sectors. Before joining TSG, Mr. Leclerc served a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, an institutional broker-dealer in the Washington, D.C. area. Previously, he led private wealth management business as Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Securities in Philadelphia and as Senior Vice President and Market Director of Bank of America Investment Services in San Francisco. Mr. Leclerc also previously worked extensively in international financial services, including as the Executive Director of Morgan Stanley in London, where he formulated and implemented strategy in building the firm’s international private client business. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President of Prudential International in London, a role in which he led the building of a branch in Dubai, UAE.

Mr. Leclerc is an approved FINRA Arbitrator, is FINRA Series 63-licensed, and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). In addition to his work at The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Leclerc is a contributor to Forbes.com and a member of the National Press Club.
