PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Leclerc supports clients with his more than 45 years of senior financial practice acumen, delivering substantial expertise and registered investment and investment banking advisory services to middle-market and lower middle-market companies in aerospace and defense, security, and the government contracting marketplaces.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Leclerc served as a Managing Director at Pickwick Capital Partners, an institutional broker-dealer in the Washington, DC area. Previously, he led private wealth management business as Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Securities in Philadelphia and as Senior Vice President and Market Director of Bank of America Investment Services in San Francisco. Mr. Leclerc also previously worked extensively in international financial services, including as the Executive Director of Morgan Stanley in London, where he formulated and implemented strategy in building the firm’s international private client business. Earlier, he served as Executive Vice President of Prudential International in London, a role in which he led the building of a branch in Dubai, UAE.
