Alexandria, Va. – June 23, 2025 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Dr. Anthony “Tony” Rhem has joined its firm. Dr. Rhem supports clients in specialized consulting, training, and research focused on artificial intelligence (AI) and knowledge management (KM), leveraging his more than 30 years of executive experience in AI, KM, information and data architecture, and innovation. As a certified assessor, trainer, and strategic program leader, he has guided major AI and KM initiatives across diverse sectors, helping clients implement emerging technologies, governance models, and best practices for digital transformation.

Prior to joining TSG, Dr. Rhem held numerous leadership roles within the International Bar Association, contributing extensively to its KM, AI, and information technology initiatives. He previously served as Chairman and Trustee of the Board and as Co-Director of Research at the Knowledge Systems Institute (KSI), and as a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Review Panelist for the National Science Foundation (NSF).
