Chief Master Sergeant John Harris, U.S. Air Force (Ret.) Joins The SPECTRUM Group

Alexandria, Va. – June 20, 2024 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Chief Master Sergeant John Harris, U.S. Air Force (Ret.) has joined its firm. Chief Master Sergeant Harris delivers more than 25 years of senior expertise across Joint operations and command, control, and communications operations, with extensive knowledge and experience in natural disaster response, relief, and recovery, continuity of operations, and military support to civil authorities.

Prior to joining TSG, Chief Master Sergeant Harris served in U.S. Air Force – Air National Guard (USAF-ANG) senior leadership roles, including as Joint Terminal Attack Controller, Command Chief Master Sergeant, and as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to The Adjutant General of the State of Louisiana. He served as the focal point for all commodity and supply distribution in Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria, as Senior Operations Manager in support of the Florida League of Cities after Hurricane Irma, and supported numerous other natural disaster operations in Central and North America, including as a Senior Analyst in support of FEMA.

Chief Master Sergeant Harris also provides outreach and marketing support to civilian universities, supports the Department of Labor’s Employment Workshop curriculum, and serves as a facilitator to the Department of Defense (DoD) Transition Assistance Program. He previously supported the DoD STARBASE and National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Programs (NGYCP) in Louisiana.
