SPECTRUM’s Jones Speaks at CTWAC Global Security Forum

East Hartford, Conn. – The SPECTRUM Group’s BRAC Team Co-Lead, Major General Michael Jones, U.S. Army (Ret.), served as a panelist and moderator at the Connecticut World Affairs Council (CTWAC) Global Security Forum, held September 28, 2019.

The Global Security Forum is hosted by the CTWAC and the Charter Oak Chapter of the Military Officers Association (MOA), in conjunction with the McCain Institute for International Leadership and World Affairs Councils across the Northeast region.

Held at the Goodwin College Main Campus Auditorium, the Forum’s topic was “Power and Leadership: Projection vs. Protection”. Topics addressed on General Jones’ panel and others included cyber warfare, shifting extremist threats, regional security and resiliency in prolonged wars, and power and leadership.
