Alexandria, Va. – June 27, 2025 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Ms. Heidi Grant, SES (Ret.) has joined its firm. Ms. Grant, a highly respected leader in global defense, aerospace, and security domains, supports client missions at the intersection of diplomacy, defense, and business, strengthening alliances, implementing technology-driven solutions, and expanding competitive positioning.

Prior to joining TSG, Ms. Grant served as Vice President of Global Growth & Engagement for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, leading a global team and driving $24B in annual defense and space sector growth. Previously, she led key Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy – OUSD(P) agencies, including serving as Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), leading security assistance programs involving $600B in foreign military sales (FMS) with more than 150 partner nations, and as Director, Defense Technology Security Administration (DTSA). Ms. Grant also served as the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA), leading billions of dollars in FMS and cooperative agreements, directing global partnerships and technology transfers, and creating the Global Partner Opportunity List.

Earlier, Ms. Grant helped stand up U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and served as its first Director of Resources. She also served as the first and only civilian Director of U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), leading the Resources & Assessment, Financial Management/Comptroller, and Science & Technology Divisions.
