Mr. Asif Moosa Joins The SPECTRUM Group

Alexandria, Va. – January 28, 2025 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Mr. Asif Moosa has joined its firm. Mr. Moosa draws on his expert international defense and security business work in more than 60 countries to support clients U.S., multinational, and international commercial and government program domains. His expertise includes assisting U.S. and international businesses in entering and growing in the multinational defense and security business space, with a focus on market identification, ensuring product and capability exportability, regulation compliance including foreign military sales (FMS), direct commercial sales (DCS), and ITAR and FCPA compliance, securing U.S. government support, securing compliant project partnerships and funding (including FMF, BPC, and Title 33), and meeting localization, offset, and taxation requirements.

Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Moosa served as the Region Director for Middle East and Africa at SRC, Inc., with responsibility for the firm’s business initiatives in U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and Africa Command (USAFRICOM) regions. Previously, he spent a 23-year career at Northrop Grumman, culminating in his serving as Director of International Market Development, Mission Systems Sector. Earlier, Mr. Moosa served as Director of Strategy and Business Development for Northrop Grumman’s Global Mission Solutions Business Area.
