Mr. Ahmed Selim Joins The SPECTRUM Group

Alexandria, Va. – February 6, 2025 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Mr. Ahmed Selim has joined its firm. Mr. Selim, an international business development and strategy professional, delivers more than 30 years of global expertise focused on multinational and Middle East North Africa (MENA) programs. Leveraging this and his substantial program and project management experience, he supports clients in creating and implementing business development strategies, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding global market share while successfully navigating global regulations.

Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Selim served a 27-year career at Northrop Grumman (NG), culminating in his serving as the Global Business Development Director for Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS). Previously, he served in multiple MENA, international, and mission systems and electronic systems business development executive roles for NGMS and Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems (now NGMS), including as Director of Business Development, MENA Region and Director of International Business Development. Mr. Selim also previously served as Program Manager for the CG-47 Ticonderoga Class Aegis Cruiser program upgrade for the U.S. Navy.

Mr. Selim previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps, including as a Forward Observer and on an Interrogator Translator Team, including an Iraq combat tour. In addition to his work at TSG, he serves as a Managing Partner of Augustus Global Holdings and as the CEO of Augustus Global Defense, one of its subsidiary firms.
