PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Fryer supports clients in project management and business development efforts, drawing on his extensive infrastructure security and combat systems experience. His expertise includes operations, supply chain management, and executive leadership across tracked combat and tactical wheeled vehicle systems integration, including lethality, survivability, and fire control mission equipment packages.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Fryer served as Director of Defense Systems at the Idaho National Laboratory, where he led a team of 245 researchers, scientists, and innovators in programs including nuclear energy, advanced vehicle testing, bio-energy, robotics, control systems cyber security, and nuclear nonproliferation. Previously, he was the Director of Business Development, Combat Systems Programs for BAE Systems, leading all business development for programs including the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV), Armored Gun System (AGS), M113 armored personnel carrier (APC), self-propelled howitzers, and M88 recovery vehicles. He previously served as Director of Land Logistics for BAE Systems.

Mr. Fryer served a 23-year U.S. Army career, culminating in his serving as Command Sergeant Major of the U.S. Army Armor Center and Ft. Knox. He previously served as the Regimental Command Sergeant Major of the 11th ACR (Blackhorse), two cavalry squadrons, and a tank battalion. He is Master Gunner and Drill Sergeant qualified.

In addition to his work at The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Fryer is an Executive Council Member of the U.S. Army Armor Association, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Armor & Cavalry Heritage Association.
