PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Watts delivers more than 30 years of experience supporting clients in navigating global energy, climate, technology, and infrastructure strategy and investment, with significant expertise in the UAE / Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa, and multinational programs.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Watts served as a Vice President in the Management Consulting Division of Teneo Consulting, where he led teams in public and private sector infrastructure, technology, and investment projects, including energy, climate, real estate, insurance, and pharmaceuticals. Previously, he served as Director of Operations for Dunia Frontier Consultants, where he provided financial strategic advisory to corporate and investment clients on Middle East and Africa energy, defense, technology, and related projects.

Previously, Mr. Watts served in several senior roles for StorageTek / Sun Microsystems (now Oracle Corporation), including as manager of a data appliance product line, Director of Corporate Strategy and Development, and Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer. He also served in senior equity / trade research roles at Salomon Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley), Genesis Merchant Group Securities, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
