His extensive, current network includes Europe, South Korea, Washington, D.C., and Hawaii.
Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, General Dillon served a 32-year career in the U.S. Air Force, culminating in serving as the Vice Commander of the Pacific Air Forces. In this role, he was the deputy responsible for USAF activities in PACOM, supporting the 46,000 Airmen serving principally in Japan, Korea, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam in arenas including all budgeting, strategy, communications, and day-to-day operations. He was also responsible for theater-wide integrated air and ballistic missile defense of Hawaii, Guam, and the U.S. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff, United Nations Command and U.S. Forces Korea.
General Dillon previously served as Director of Regional Affairs for the Under Secretary of the Air Force in the Pentagon, where he was responsible for synchronizing the $100B USAF FMS portfolio, including garnering several “first-ever” deals: F-35s to Japan and Norway, F-16s to Iraq, and C-130s to Afghanistan. He also previously served as Commander of both the 60th Mobility Wing and the 86th Airlift Wing, leading two of the largest USAF operational flying wings and supporting worldwide flying operations, security, housing, medical, schools, and other personnel programs for 50,000 Americans.
