PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Admiral Creevy supports clients working in U.S. Navy and partner nation programs with expertise in surface warfare systems, technologies, sensors, and related acquisition domains.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Admiral Creevy served as the Vice President for Business Development for the Naval Electronics Division of Leonardo DRS. Previously, he served as Director of the $60B Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Program for Irving Shipbuilding in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Admiral Creevy’s 32-year U.S. Navy career culminated in his serving as Deputy Commander for Surface Warfare, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA 21), a role in which he managed lifecycle modernization, maintenance, training, and inactivation programs for in-service nonnuclear surface ships. His other flag-level positions included serving as Commander, Naval Surface Warfare Centers (NSWC), and as a Fleet Forces Command Fleet Maintenance Officer. Admiral Creevy’s numerous acquisition program management positions included: Deputy Program Manager for Integrated Combat Systems (PEO IWS 1.0); Amphibious Ship Integration Program Manager (PEO IWS 11.0); Major Program Manager, Above Water Sensors (PEO IWS 2.0); In-Service Radar Chief Engineer; Training Systems Integration Manager (PEO Expeditionary Warfare); and Advanced Systems Engineer, Tomahawk Weapon Control System (PEO Cruise Missiles and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). He also served as Executive Assistant to the Commander of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and as Commanding Officer of USS PORTLAND (LSD 37) from 2001-2003 during the Gulf War.
