PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ms. Amann supports clients with complex assessments, solution design and implementation, and strategic business development, drawing on her more than 25 years of advisory and leadership experience in 17 countries. She delivers expertise across the public and private sectors, especially in financial services, government, IT, and PR/advertising industries.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Ms. Amann served as a senior Specialist Leader in Strategy at Deloitte, where she led client projects in operating model assessment and design, risk assessment and mitigation strategy development, market entry and competitive intelligence analysis, and tailored training program design and delivery. She also previously served as a senior consulting leader at General Dynamics IT (now GDIT), Booz Allen Hamilton, and Ernst & Young (now EY), assisting large government and Wall Street organizations transform their financial and operational functions and comply with emerging financial regulations and technologies.

Previously, Ms. Amann served as Director of Information Systems for Burson-Marsteller (now Burson Cohn & Wolfe) in London, England, where she oversaw enterprise financial system implementations across Europe and Asia.
