Mr. Clark is an experienced governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) professional, specializing in supporting contractors and corporations seeking ISO and related security compliances and certifications. He delivers nearly a decade of experience as a certified lead auditor for ISO 27001, ISO 20000, and ISO 9001 standards.
Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Mr. Clark founded and was CEO of Comply Federal, a security, quality, and service management system solution provider specializing in ISO certification support. Previously, he was a Lead Auditor and Consultant for NSF International, where he conducted ANAB-accredited certification and surveillance audits of companies and organizations seeking ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 certification. Mr. Clark founded and served as CEO of ISMS Solutions, supporting clients with enterprise internal audits, controls, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Clark has led and supported dozens of ISO and related security, risk, quality, and service management system implementations. He has developed and launched several security applications to assist organizations with achieving and maintaining information security compliance and certifications. Mr. Clark also delivers expertise in compliance architecture, IT processes, management processes, telecommunications and network security, and regulatory compliance/PCI, and in related training and awareness programs.
