Brigadier General Jeff Hurlbert, USAF (Ret.) Joins The SPECTRUM Group

Alexandria, Va. – October 30, 2023 – The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that Brigadier General Jeffrey “Jeff” Hurlbert, USAF (Ret.) has joined its firm. General Hurlbert delivers more than 30 years of experience as a security, counterintelligence, law enforcement, and leader development and education subject matter expert.

Prior to joining TSG, General Hurlbert served a 32-year career in the U.S. Air Force, culminating in his serving as Commandant of the National War College. Previously, he served as the Deputy Inspector General, the Director of Senior Official Inquiries, and the Director of Special Investigations for the Department of the Air Force. In prior assignments, General Hurlbert served in a variety of leadership positions in the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), including Commander of both the 5th Field Investigations Region and 5th Field Investigations Squadron, with criminal investigations and counterintelligence operations responsibility spanning 20 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Korean peninsula. He also previously served as Director of Security and Intelligence for the White House Military Office under two different presidential administrations.
