PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Moosa supports clients in international defense and security business endeavors, leveraging his work in more than 60 countries and experience spanning design engineering, engineering management, program management, business development, strategy, and general management in U.S. and multinational businesses and U.S. and international government programs. He delivers significant experience in assisting U.S. and international businesses in entering and growing in the multinational defense and security business space, with a focus on market identification, ensuring product and capability exportability, regulation compliance (including FMS, DCS, ITAR, and FCPA), securing U.S. government support, securing compliant project partnerships and funding (including FMF, BPC, and Title 33), and meeting localization, offset, and taxation requirements.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group (TSG), Mr. Moosa served as the Region Director for Middle East and Africa at SRC, Inc., with responsibility for the firm’s business initiatives in U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and Africa Command (USAFRICOM) regions. Previously, he spent a 23-year career at Northrop Grumman, culminating in his serving as Director of International Market Development, Mission Systems Sector. Previously, Mr. Moosa served as Director of Strategy and Business Development for Northrop Grumman’s Global Mission Solutions Business Area.

In addition to his work at TSG, Mr. Moosa is an Assistant Vice President at SRC, Inc., where he leads the firm’s international business, including strategic direction, business development, pursuits and capture, and international business relationships.
