PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Captain Wilde supports clients in Navy, undersea warfare, and related program management domains, leveraging his deep expertise gained from his nearly 40 years of experience leading high-performing teams and organizations in the U.S. Navy and private sector.

Prior to joining The SPECTRUM Group, Captain Wilde served as the Director for Business Development and Strategy for Undersea Systems at Raytheon Missiles & Defense (now Raytheon). There, he developed and executed business growth strategies for torpedo, mine countermeasure, sonar, and combat control systems.

Captain Wilde served a 30-year U.S. Navy career, culminating in his serving as Major Program Manager, Maritime Surveillance Systems Program Office (PMS 485), leading technology and support for the Navy’s fixed, mobile, and deployable integrated undersea surveillance systems and networks. He also served as Major Program Manager for the Undersea Communications Integration Program Office (PMW 770), supporting strategic communications systems for all Navy submarine platforms, shore transmitter sites, and command and control centers.
