Mr. Wyman supports financial firms and corporate buyers by conducting pre acquisition due diligence, analysis for target companies, and comprehensive post acquisition planning and support services. He delivers expertise in risk management solutions for U.S. and international government contractors and commercial entities, including in cyber security, communications and IT security, homeland security, and insider threat domains.
At The SPECTRUM Group (TSG), Mr. Wyman co-leads SPECTRUM Cyber Compliance (SCC), including SCC’s NIST 800-171 and Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) services for U.S. defense prime contractors, subcontractors, and supply chains, and related services for U.S. national security organizations.
Prior to joining TSG, Mr. Wyman served as President of the Harris (now L3 Harris) Microwave Communications Division, where he restructured business operations and supported strategic acquisitions, resulting in top-line revenue and profitability growth. As VP of Homeland Security for EADS (now Airbus), he managed a sensor and platform portfolio, and built and implemented a cyber security business plan that expanded business into DHS. As COO of HPI Energy Services, he implemented a pre-acquisition strategic business development plan, including an energy sector cyber security offering. Mr. Wyman has a strong technology background, having previously served as a Senior Policy Analyst in the White House Science Office, a Research Officer at NASA, and as Deputy Director of the Prototype Project Office at DARPA.
He previously served a U.S. Army career, retiring at the rank of colonel.
