Admiral Reilly supports clients in a variety of Navy and Defense industrial sector programs, including operations, financial, personnel, logistics and procurement operations. He specializes in helping U.S. and international clients foster and sustain timely and effective working relationships and strategic partnerships across government, non-government, and commercial business sectors.

Prior to joining The Spectrum Group, Admiral Reilly served as U.S. Navy Strategic Account Executive for SAIC. In his 34-year career with the U.S. Navy, his Command and Staff roles included Commander of U.S Navy Military Sealift Command and Commander of the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group. He also served as Deputy of C4I Policy and Integration  in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations.

Admiral Reilly’s expertise areas include afloat logistics, maritime prepositioning, special missions, strategic sealift, and supply chain management programs and organizations. He has previously supported varied clients, including large defense and aerospace corporations, international companies, and disruptive technology startups to sustained success.
