Dr. Wasylina delivers expertise in preventing, identifying, mitigating and recovering from cyber attacks, helping strengthen organizational resilience and business operation continuity for federal government, homeland security, and private sector clients as an ISO 27001:2013 cyber security qualified lead auditor. Dr. Wasylina also has extensive experience assessing, designing and implementing medical, emergency and disaster plans for U.S. and international defense and healthcare clients.

Prior to joining The Spectrum Group, Dr. Wasylina served a thirty-year career in the U.S. Army, where he specialized in planning, implementing and directing medical systems, medical theater security, disaster planning and healthcare standards compliance for the Army, Joint and partner nation forces in the U.S. and internationally. Attaining the rank of Colonel, Dr. Wasylina led multidisciplinary assessment and implementation teams in the U.S., Europe and CENTCOM.
