PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Qualkenbush, a former intelligence community leader and senior SES member, supports clients in international business development, competitive intelligence, intelligence collection and insider threat efforts. Using expertise built during his 30-year career at the CIA, he delivers extensive international business experience and a robust network of international decision-makers, helping clients build and deliver large direct commercial sales (DCS) programs to foreign governments.

A subject matter expert in the human aspects of cyber security, Mr. Qualkenbush provides assessments, solutions, implementation and training to help clients mitigate human hacking and exploitation by malicious insiders, competitors, organized crime actors, cyber hackers, government spies and espionage operators.

Prior to joining The Spectrum Group, Mr. Qualkenbush served in a variety of corporate business development and intelligence executive positions, at companies including Camber Corporation, Veritas Analytics, and Insider Threat Mitigation Group. He serves as Director of the Center for Terrorism Preparedness at the University of Findlay. Mr. Qualkenbush also serves as a subject matter expert on the role of the insider threat in cyber security in the news media and as a keynote speaker and panelist for defense industry organizations and events.
